#FLEXLM SERVER LICENSE#
To find out which port was assigned to the ibmratl vendor daemon in the license file, open the license. This is the file that tells the product where to find the license server. Solution 3: Check with your local LAN administrator to ensure that the correct port on the firewall is opened for the ibmratl vendor daemon.
